By appointment only. Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm. I use an online scheduling system so you can book any time. It keeps the studio running smoothly, it's basically my extra set of hands. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. It won't be charged unless there is a no-show or late cancellation.
If the time you want isn't showing, add yourself to the Waitlist on the scheduling system. It alerts me and if something opens up, I'll contact you. That's the fastest way to grab a spot.
I understand that sometimes plans change, which is why at Studio Uptown Abq has a 48 hour client friendly cancellation and rescheduling policy. Fees associated with late cancellations or no-shows will be 50% of the schedule appointment. I do appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to make changes, so that I can offer your appointment slot to another guest. Your satisfaction and convenience are always my priority, and I strive to accommodate all scheduling needs with understanding and transparency.
Sales tax is added to all service prices and products (New Mexico rules). If your hair need something different than the category you booked, I'll let you know right away, so we can move you to the correct service before we start. No surprises mid appointment and no surprises at the end.
If you've got previous color, box dye, uneven tones, dark ends, or or anything, "that's a situation", then probably. If you're not sure, ask me. It's better to be honest upfront. This may be a reason to move you to a different category and pricing structure.
Every head of hair, it's up time and product differently. Categories keep things, honest and predictable instead of nickel and dime charging.

We can do consultations, usually on the phone or virtually. On my scheduling site you're able to post your desired goals and inspiration pictures and we can work from there as well.

My studio, a small, cozy for one person, but not much extra room. Because of the tight space and the hot tools/chemicals that I work with, it can get a little tricky to safely fit more than the person receiving the service. If you need to bring a child with you, just let me know ahead of time, so I can make sure the set up works and everyone is safe and comfortable. Otherwise, coming solo is usually the easiest for both of us.
Yeah, if something feels off within seven days, message me. I want your hair to look right on your head, not just in the chair. I will get you back in the schedule to make the adjustment you need.
